SIR: I always enjoy running in the City-to-Surf, a great day, and for me well worth coming over to participate in. Keep it up |
But how can you keep billing it as the "biggest fun run in the southern hemisphere"? Please let me remind you, we in Auckland started the first fun run and we have well over 80,000 runners every year in our "Round the Bays".
Our football may be off a bit at the moment, but let me also remind you, Auckland formed the world's first joggers' club.
It is good to be alive when one is fit.
Chub Keith,
August 13 Epsom (NZ).
